website production

Website production can become an overwhelming project, especially when you don’t have the right tools. Here are my go-to themes, plugins, and other digital resources I use when building and editing websites.

X Theme

Discovering the X Theme by Themeco turned out to be my biggest time saver discovery ever. This theme is the ONLY theme you will EVER need. You can achieve virtually any look and layout from within the one WordPress theme. In addition to its multiple, completely unique designs, the X Theme comes with a ton of extensions BUILT IN so you save even MORE time on looking for plugins that will benefit your website. To top off the amazing theme is their fantastic support. They offer a knowledge base filled with tutorials (both in documentation and video formats), in addition to forums and direct support submissions. I can’t express enough how utterly amazing this theme is. LEARN MORE

Pop Up Ally Pro

I don’t know about you, but, some pop-ups on websites are just down right annoying. But, Pop Up Ally lets you achieve all the benefits of a pop up without being, well, annoying! It’s actually a “polite” pop up solution and comes with a TON of functionality and options. Best part? It also has a paid and free version. However, the paid version is well worth every cent, as it allows you a TON of customization options. LEARN MORE

Webinar Ally

Unless you’ve been living under a rock, you know that webinars are a super powerful way to build authority and connect with your audience. But the technical side of webinars is not always intuitive. That’s why my new go-to tool for setting up webinars includes Nathalie Lussier’s new software called WebinarAlly. The idea behind WebinarAlly is “less is more” and it allows you to have a webinar up and running on any WordPress website in just under 5 minutes. LEARN MORE

Optimizing your website can sometimes be overwhelming. But, this plugin by Yoast takes the guesswork out of it. WordPress SEO is the most complete WordPress SEO plugin that exists today for WordPress.org users. It incorporates everything from a snippet preview and page analysis functionality that helps you optimize your pages content, images titles, meta descriptions and more to XML sitemaps, and loads of optimization options in between. Use it together with your keyword planner when compiling all your content and you will be set. LEARN MORE

Announcement Bar

When it comes to lead generation, the Hello Bar is a great tool, especially if your current theme doesn’t include a Welcome Bar. You can direct your visitors and promote your website’s most important content. It’s also great to use as an opt-in opportunity or even a way to highlight upcoming sales, new products, services or events. LEARN MORE
